Hello, my name is Joshua, and I’m your local hardwood flooring professional here in the Cleveland Heights area. I’ve been around hardwood floors practically my whole life—watching and learning from my father and uncle long before I ever considered starting my own business. In 2020 I took that lifetime of experience and started my own professional hardwood flooring company, since then I’ve been helping people get exactly what they envision for their homes.

One thing about me: I’m not a salesman. I’m honest, friendly, and extremely detail-oriented. If you read the Google reviews, you’ll see customers say the same—I truly care about the people I work for. Just the other day, a woman who was referred to me by a past client was ready to pay me to sand her entire floor because of some adhesive from old carpet tape. I could’ve taken the job, but instead I told her to grab some Goo Gone. We cleaned it up together, no charge. That’s who I am. I want you to understand your floors, get the best result possible, and never feel pushed or sold.

I’m also very hands-on with custom work. I bring carpentry into flooring, I specialize in things like custom installs, transitions, staircases, and all the small details that make a floor look truly finished. My goal with this blog is to answer the questions I hear during almost every estimate, during the project itself, and even after the job is done. Whether you’re deciding on stain colors, maintenance routines, finishes, or long-term care—I want this space to be a resource you can trust.
